MarcusThe biggest take away from David Hawkins program, is the “why.” My why has changed and last years version is not at all the same version as of today. Where fitness is the main objective, this program has instilled better routines and allowed my finances to be more in control due to meal preparation and understanding what / how I eat. You have to run your own race and understand your why, and you will get the most impactful results.

Michael KreterI can attest to the transformation that David’s coaching will have on anyone who is serious about making a change. I’ve gone through seasons in my past where I’d workout hard and lose weight only to stop after 6 months or so. I’d get burnt out and didn’t have a reason to continue when I’d start getting burnt out.
