How is the accountability feature provided?
Bi weekly Check In Form Every 2 weeks you will fill out a quick form that updates me on how you're progressing towards your goals. Based on your feedback I will make updates to your plan. Weekly Accountability Posts I have set in place weekly accountability measures that will help you stay focused on your goal. The hurdles of life can make it easy to fall off track, with these weekly updates I help you stay on track despite it all. |
How do payments work?
Payments can be initiated by simply clicking on the product link from the site. If you’d like to learn more about the service before purchasing then you can book a consultation with coach. After the consultation you will be sent a product link. Once your purchase has been made, depending on the type of plan you choose payments will either be recurring monthly or made up front.
Recurring Payments: If you choose the monthly rate then your payments will be recurring monthly until you decide to cancel Up Front Payments; There is a (3) month commitment for all programs. Paying for the (3) months up front allows for a one time payment at the beginning of your program at a discounted rate. At the end of the (3) months you will be sent a program renewal product link for either the monthly rate or the upfront rate. |
How does the LATT Education piece work?
I don’t want you to hire a trainer and not know why you are doing what you are doing. Our goal at LATT is to equip people with the knowledge, understanding and skill of using nutrition and exercise as tools. To do this we have to make sure we are educating our clients along the way.

How strict does my diet need to be?
Your fitness goal will dictate the structure of your diet. At LATT we don’t believe in restricting ourselves but instead depend heavily on the principles that the coach will teach in your Weekly Tide messages.

Cancellation Policy and Refunds
Cancellations can only take place within 24 hours of making the purchase.
Refunds: It is my belief that significant physical transformations take at a minimum 12 weeks to occur and sometimes even longer. If at the end of 3 months you are unsatisfied with your results and CAN provide proof of adherence to the coach's instruction: Workout Compliance above 50%, Daily updates within the app and your LATT Tracker. Then you will be refunded 50% of your initial purchase. |
